Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Exchange

We accept the exchange of products. Customers have the right to apply for an exchange within 7 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will process your exchange product request and send you the return label 1 business day after you provide the information we needed. We will resend the new product after the old one will be sent back to the address we provide on the return label.

If the exchange is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the exchange shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the exchange shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the exchange of a product.

Please provide the return tracking number to us via Email (support@torvausa.com) then we will ship the new item to you.

Returns (if applicable)

Once we receive the return tracking number you provided and your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1 business day, and you will receive the refund within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@torvausa.com
